Resolved Question: how to find out about if I got caught by a red-light camera?

Like about a month ago I ran a red light on Hayward, California. it was like around 12:30 am and I saw the light after the one I was supposed to see. when I was In the middle of the intersection a flash kinda woke me up and I looked up and saw the red light, but right away the light turned green.
